Legendarni košarkar Michael Jordan, ki je zadnjo tekmo v severnoameriški ligi NBA odigral pred 11 leti, je po anketi revije Sports Business Journal še naprej najbolj priljubljen športnik v Združenih državah Amerike.
Enainpetdesetletni Jordan je zdaj lastnik ekipe Charlotte Bobcats, zahvaljujoč dobri prodaji športnih copat z njegovim logom ter drugih artiklov pa je postal milijarder.
Jordan, ki je kariero končal v sezoni 2002/03 pri 40 letih in velja za najboljšega košarkarja vseh časov, je še tretje leto zapored postal najbolj priljubljeni ameriški športnik.
