Nasa je objavila najnovejšo fotografijo Zemlje posneto iz Marsa. Nasino vozilo Curiosity (Radovednost) je namreč po 529 dnevnih “bivanja” na Marsu naredilo osupljiv posnetek našega planeta z razdalje 160 milijonov kilometrov.
Curiosity se je oglasil tudi na Twitterju: “Gledam nazaj, z občudovanjem.”
Z Marsa se naša Zemlja ne vidi v “klasični” zeleno-modri barvi, ampak je na nebu rdečega planeta vidna le bledikasta rumena pika. Podobna je denimo Veneri, ki jo z Zemlje vidimo kot zvezdo večernico. Na fotografiji je z nekoliko povečave viden tudi Mesec. Po podatkih Nase bi oba objekta z Marsa brez težav videl tudi človeški opazovalec samo s svojimi očmi.
