Na mariborskem sodišču odškodninska tožba NKBM zoper Kovačiča
Na mariborskem okrožnem sodišču se bo danes dopoldne začela obravnava tožbe, s katero Nova kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM) od svojega nekdanjega predsednika uprave Matjaža Kovačiča in nekdanje članice uprave Manje Skernišak terja dobrih 23 milijonov evrov odškodnine. Kovačič je tožbe druge največje državne banke označil kot nesmiselne in zapravljive.
Čeprav je NKBM julija več milijonskih tožb zoper še nekaj odgovornih vložila tudi na delovno sodišče, bosta glavni tarči danes prav nekdanja vodilna v banki, ki ju NKBM toži zaradi opustitve dolžnega ravnanja pri odobritvi petih kreditov.
To sicer verjetno ne bo edina tožba, saj je prvi mož NKBM Aleš Hauc za februar napovedal še drugi in s tem zadnji sveženj tožb.
Kovačič sedanjemu vodstvu banke očita zapravljanje denarja za tožbe, za katere že vnaprej ve, da z njimi, ne glede na njihov izid, ne bo nikoli moglo priti do povrnitve škode. Sprašuje se, ali je uprava sploh naredila oceno možnega izplena. Kot je dejal, v Sloveniji uprave bank namreč niso prejemale milijonskih prejemkov, ki bi lahko povrnili škodo.
V tej luči ocenjuje, da je zelo drag cirkus, ki se ga gresta uprava in nadzorni svet na račun delničarjev in davkoplačevalcev, namenjen zgolj odvračanju pozornosti in iskanju izgovorov za nedelovanje banke.
Med spornimi kreditiranji se je v javnosti največkrat omenjalo skupino Keter, podjetje mariborskega podjetnika Zorana Šolaje, Športni center Pohorje in posle okoli izgradnje tovarne mariborskega farmacevta Marifarm, ki jo je izvajal MTB. Med gradbinci so bili omenjani predvsem slabi krediti Primorju, Pom-Investu, Gradisu Celje in Stavbarju.
Kovačič je dan pred začetkom postopka razkril, da sta v domnevno spornih petih kreditih, ki jih v odškodninski tožbi navaja NKBM, udeležena dva gradbinca in trije finančni posredniki oziroma holdingi, ki so v stečaju, ti pa v nobenem od toženih primerov še niso bili zaključeni. To pa po njegovem pomeni, da glede na uveljavljeno sodno prakso škoda sploh še ni nastala in je zato odškodninska tožba nesmiselna. (sta)
