Minister Turk obiskal novozgrajeno Osnovno šolo Griže
Minister za izobraževanje, znanost, kulturo in šport Žiga Turk je danes v Občini Žalec obiskal novozgrajeno Osnovno šolo Griže z vrtcem in telovadnico. Sprejela sta ga župan Žalca Janko Kos in ravnatelj Franci Žagar s sodelavci. Kot so sporočili z ministrstva, je četrtino sredstev, nekaj več kot 1,5 milijona evrov, prispevalo ministrstvo.
Minister se je ob obisku šole srečal z učitelji, vrtčevskimi otroci in osnovnošolci. Ogledal si je nove prostore, telovadnico, športno igrišče in se zelo pohvalo izrazil o tej sodobni šoli, ki je velika pridobitev za občino Žalec, pa tudi za kraj, so zapisali v sporočilu za javnost.
Za potrebe osnovne šole je namenjenih 3118 kvadratnih metrov šolske zgradbe, 400 kvadratnih metrov za vrtec, telovadnica pa meri 820 kvadratnih metrov. Šola je sodobno opremljena. Ob zaključku obiska je minister čestital občini, županu in ravnatelju za sorazmerno hitro izvedbo novogradnje in za ustrezne, lepe, sodobne in funkcionalne rešitve.(sta)
