Skoraj prezrti “twitt” iz začetka novembra (opazil ga je le tednik Demokracija) slovenskega ministra za pravosodje Aleša Zalarja (je pa za to javnost toliko bolj opazila Zalarjevo twittanje o zamenjavi generalne državne tožilke) je odličen primer slovenske politične dvoličnosti. Zalar je namreč 6.11. na Twitterju sporočil sledeče: “V Avstraliji pravosodni organi prek facebooka vročajo obtožnice.” Zalar je storil torej dvoje: javnosti je sporočil, da je v tujini pravosodje v koraku z informacijskim časom, in da se mu ta rešitev očitno zdi navdušujoča, glede na to, da jo je moral deliti z javnostjo.
Kaj pa pri nas? Spomnimo: ko je predsednik SDS Janez Janša na Facebooku objavil svoj obtožni predlog v zadevi Patria, je informacijska pooblaščenka Nataša Pirc Musar sprožila zoper njega inšpekcijski nadzor. Takoj za Janšo je njenemu inšpekcijskemu nadzoru sledil tudi portal, ki ga ravnokar berete, ker je prvi med slovenskimi mediji objavil identični obtožni predlog. Obtožni predlog v zadevi Patria je sicer permanentno izpostavljen v rubriki Politikis – vroče povezave (na portalu desno spodaj).
Mimogrede, spletni portal pozareport.si poroča, da naj bi Janšev pravni zastopnik v zadevi Patria Franci Matoz na ljubljanskem okrajnem sodišču že vložil zahtevo za prednostno obravnavo zadeve. Je pa v bistvu težko verjeti, da bi Matozovi zahtevi na sodišču ugodili, zlasti, ker je nekaterim zelo v interesu, da bi se obravnava zavlekla vse tja do naslednjih parlamentarnih volitev.
Pravosodni minister Aleš Zalar je navdušen nad avstralskim pravosodjem in njihovo uporabo Facebooka, po drugi strani pa je Facebook za nekatere slovenske nadzorne institucije tretiran skoraj tako kot na Kitajskem.

Ja, Manca, to je ravno največji šit v demokraciji – hočeš – nočeš – moraš trpeti nesnage, ki jih nisi volili in jih tudi v življenju ne boš nikoli volil, a ti kljub temu krojijo življenje.
To kar Zalar trdi, je debala laž. Facebook je v tujini otroški in najstniški portal. Potemtakem lahko iz slovenskega pravosodja naredimo lutkovno gledališče.
To, ka zganja naša vlada in pravosodje ni debilna neumnost, to je kriminal najboljše vrste.
Zalar je v tej vladi še sicer najbolj internetno opismenjen, a kaj ko uporablja novodobne elektronske komunikacijske kanale predvsem za promocijo vladnih nebuloz.
Na naših propagandnih tv postajah takih novic ni. Zato si je treba drugače pomagati.
