Ivan Štuhec: Pred 30 leti sem bil na zaslišanju Udbe, danes si svobode govora ne bom pustil vzeti!
Kot smo včeraj poročali je danes nov “gost” pri mariborskem kriminalistu Zimiču bil dr. Ivan Štuhec. Danes je namreč na PU Maribor potekalo zaslišanje člana Zbora za republiko dr. Štuheca, v povezavi z javno tribuno Zbora za republiko v Lenartu. Očitano mu kaznivo dejanje: žaljiva obdolžitev po čl. 160/II-I KZ-1.
Ivan Štuhec je po zaslišanju povedal: “Nisem bil prvi, ki se je kritično opredeljeval do dela KPK.” Štuhec je izpostavil, da izračuni KPK niso bili točni, na svoji spletni strani pa je KPK imela zakon, ki ni več veljal, na javni tribunu v Lenartu pa je bil njegov glavi očitek, ko se skuša dokazati nepravilnosti osebam, ki v slovenskem političnem prostoru zavzemajo visoke položaje, mora organ, ki to preverja, delati to strokovno, neoporečno, dosledno, in tudi brez vsakršnega etičnega dvoma.
“Moj osebni etični dvom pa je, da je eden od članov komisije Rok Praprotnik deset let delal kot novinar in to na raziskovanju področja orožarske afere in to je hkrati človek, ki se že 10 let ukvarja z Janezom Janšo. Že iz etičnih razlogov bi se moral sam izločiti iz takega postoka, da bi tej komisiji dal dodatno dal verodostojnost,” je še povedal Štuhec.
“Pojasnil sem tudi kaj pomeni beseda korupcija – po SSKJ prevera, nepoštenost – dejansko pa gre za skupno lomljenje, organ pregona mora biti dosleden pri izbiri dokazov in logičen pri izgradnji obtožbe na osnovi teh dokazov. Pred mano so že pravniki, ekonomisti postavljali dvom o delu PKP, zato potem trdim, da nisem kršil nobenega zakona. Kot državljan si te svobode ne bom vzel, da lahko prosto in svobodno ocenjujem, pa naj gre za predsednika država ali papeža, kaj kdo dela v tej državi misli in dela. Zato sem se boril in zato sem pred več kot 30 leti bil na zaslišanju Udbe,” je še dodal Štuhec.
Štuhec je še dodal, da če se je kdo v tej državi odločil, da ga bo zaprl, bo pač v zaporu napisal roman z naslovom Črni kos v zelenem gaju. Dotaknil se je tudi obdavčitve sakralnih objektov in dejal: “Ta vlada bi obdavčila tudi sneg, ki še letos sploh ni zapadel…”

Saj ni KPK svemogočni bog.!!!.
