Foto razstava uličnih protestov v Mariboru, kjer se je vse začelo
V Kulturno-informacijskem središču Evropske prestolnice mladih v Mariboru bodo danes odprli razstavo “Biti zraven” s fotografijami z uličnih protestov po vsej Sloveniji. Gre za projekt Obalnih galerij Piran in društva Enooki, ki je bil na ogled že v Kopru in Ljubljani, zdaj pa prihaja v Maribor, kjer se je vstajniško vrenje lani jeseni začelo.
Na odprto vabilo Obalnih galerij Piran se je v sodelovanju z društvom Enooki odzvalo 38 fotoreporterjev in fotoreporterk, ki na ogled ponujajo 141 fotografij. Izbor del so opravili Jaka Gasar, Ženja Leiler, Lilijana Stepančič, Bojan Velikonja in Voranc Vogel.
Razstava tako prinaša kronološko-dokumentarni pregled protestov, kot so jih videli fotoreporterji. Prične se s prvo vstajo v Mariboru 2. novembra lani in zaključi 8. februarja letos, ko sta v Ljubljani potekala tretja vseslovenska vstaja in shod Zbora za republiko.
Kot je za STA povedal kustos mariborske postavitve Peter Tomaž Dobrila iz združenja Epeka, so na fotografijah prikazani “verjetno najpomembnejši civilno družbeni dogodki od slovenske osamosvojitve”, ki so še posebej Mariboru prinesli velike spremembe. Protesti so namreč privedli do odstopa župana Franca Kanglerja, kateremu sta se med drugim očitala korupcija in klientelizem.
“Razstava je ne le spomin ampak tudi opomin,” je pojasnil Dobrila in napovedal tako politično kot civilno družbeno vročo jesen. “Z razstavo bi radi še enkrat dali politikom za razmisliti, kaj delajo in v katero smer peljejo našo družbo. Zadnje dogajanje mi da misliti, da ali niso razumeli tega sporočila ali pa so nanj pozabili.”
Razstava bo v Mariboru na ogled do 11. oktobra. Vključili so tudi video z mariborskih protestov avtorice Ane Pečar ter instalacijo, ki bosta razstavi dala dodaten “mariborski pečat”. Razstavo bo odprl novoizvoljeni mariborski župan Andrej Fištravec, ki ga nekateri označujejo za “prvega vstajniškega župana”.
Mariborski protesti so navdahnili tudi nedavno razstavo v Kinu Udarnik. Tam so spomladi letos postavili na ogled Zid – instalacijo plačilnih nalogov, ki so jih prejeli protestniki. Razstavljene so bile tudi fotografije več fotografov, videi s protestov in virtualna razstava akademskega slikarja Gregorja Pratnekerja Nova revolucija. (sta)
