Dolgove slovenskega Dinersa bo kril Diners Club International, franšiza v roke Erste
Diners Club International bo poplačal dolgove družb Diners Club SLO in DC Finance do vseh trgovcev, in sicer z odkupom terjatev trgovcev ob pomoči bank financerk, ki zbirajo plačila imetnikov kartic. Novi lastnik franšize Diners Club Slovenija je Erste Card Club, ki je del skupine Erste Bank.
Kot so sporočili iz Unicredit banke Slovenija, morajo vsi imetniki kartic nadaljevati z odplačevanjem dolgov z naslova porabe po karticah.
Novi lastnik franšize, Erste Card Club, bo po pridobitvi licence s strani Banke Slovenije ponudil nove Diners Club storitve trgovcem in imetnikom kartic, kar naj bi se zgodilo v kratkem.
Sporazum med deležniki je podprla Banka Slovenije, pozdravlja pa ga tudi Zveza potrošnikov Slovenije. (sta)
