Vlada s popravki nepremičninskega davka; rezidenčna in nerezidenčna stanovanja z 0,15% obdavčitvijo
Vlada je danes predlagala, da se v zakonu o davku na nepremičnine poenoti obravnavo rezidenčnih in nerezidenčnih stanovanj ter jih obdavči z 0,15 odstotka. Glede zemljišč za gradnjo stavb pa bo poskrbela, da se bodo ovrednotila kot stavbna zemljišča. S tem bo mogoče razmere obvladati, je prepričan finančni minister Uroš Čufer.
Čufer je na novinarski konferenci po seji vlade spomnil, da se je veliko število lastnikov nepremičnin po prejemu informativnih izračunov o odmeri davka napovedalo za obisk na Geodetski upravi RS, da bi uredili podatke. Večina pritožb, pripomb in zahtevkov za pojasnila se nanaša na rezidenčnost nepremičnin ter zemljišča za gradnjo stavb, je dejal.
Zato je vlada danes sklenila poenotiti obdavčitev rezidenčnih in nerezidenčnih nepremičnin, kar pa po njegovih besedah ne bo bistveno vplivalo na izplen davka. Tako ali tako se je že začelo dogajati kar nekaj prepisov bivališč, je komentiral. Za to bodo morali spremeniti obstoječi zakon, za kar upa, da jim bo uspelo čimprej.
Glede sprememb pri zemljiščih za gradnjo stavb pa je pojasnil, da bo stopnja davka ostala pri 0,50 odstotka, se pa bo spremenil način vrednotenja. Ta zemljišča se bo začasno vrednotilo enako kot nezazidana stavbna zemljišča, kar bo pomenilo nižjo vrednost zemljišča in posledično nižji davek. (sta)
